Meet the Owner

Nice to meet you!  My passion for property management comes from years of experience managing my own rentals and vacation rentals. Family and friends noticed my eye for detail and my love of hosting and entrusted me with managing their apartment buildings and vacation properties; my business grew from there.  We have recently relocated from Kelowna to Osoyoos and I am excited to offer Wine Country my expertise in hosting and management.  I have experience with all types of property. From condos and apartments to luxury estates, I know that your home is important to you. I am a jill-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from maintenance and leasing to housekeeping and legal compliance!  I will set up your vacation property listing by taking professional photos, staging, stocking linens, towels and household items, organizing and quality checking housekeeping to the highest standards and posting your property on multiple platforms.  My job is to take all of your worries and turn them into a lucrative, stress free income.  I am well versed in the BC Tenancy Act and drawing up legal contracts for long and short term rentals.  I would love to help you make your property work for you in any capacity that suits your needs.  Please feel free to call me to discuss how I can help you best.
